3 passengers or less - up to 5 medium suitcases
4 passengers - up to 4 medium suitcases
5 passengers - up to 3 medium suitcases
6 passengers - up to 2 medium suitcases
Should I leave a tip?
Yes, giving the driver a tip is always appreciated. Tips and gratuities are not included in the fare.
Are there additional charges for more passengers?
No. Our rates are the same, regardless of whether there is one passenger or 6 passengers.
Where do I go to get picked up at the San Diego Int'l airport?
Simply stand at the curb outside the arrivals gate for your airline. We provide curbside pickup at no extra charge.
What happens if your chauffeur does not arrive on time to pick me up?
If you make a reservation with us more than 4 hours in advance, and our chauffeur arrives to pick you up more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, your ride is complimentary, and any charges will be fully refunded.
Are there any charges for waiting?
If we are scheduled to pick you up at the airport and your flight is delayed, there is no charge for waiting.
Otherwise, if we arrive to pick you up at the scheduled time and we have to wait more than 15 minutes to start the trip (30 minutes for airport pickups), a $30 wait fee will automatically be billed you you. You will then be billed an additional $30 for each additional 15 minute waiting period.
